INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana
1/4 avocado
2 tsp maple syrup
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbs almond butter (or other nut/seed butter)
1 cup spinach loosely packed
4 ice cubes
cocoa nibs for topping, if desired
DIRECTIONS
Make
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and sprinkle with cacao nibs if desired.
Enjoy!
Note: To turn this into a meal replacement, add your favorite protein powder (equivalent to 20-30 grams of protein.
