Ginger Miso Lime Dressing

Ginger Miso Lime Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbs ginger, grated

  • 1/3 cup tahini, creamy

  • 1 tsp miso paste, yellow

  • 1 Tbs tamari sauce

  • 1 Tbs rice vinegar

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 tsp sesame oil, toasted

  • 3 Tbs water, warm





DIRECTIONS


Prep

  1. Peel and grate ginger.


Make

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar and whisk until combined. Add extra water to thin to desired consistency.


Note: This delicious dressing is a great way to add a boost of flavor to your typical go-to meals. Use as a salad dressing, or mix in with shredded chicken before adding to a wrap, or toss with a whole grain like quinoa for a flavor packed dinner side dish.
