INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oatmeal old fashioned
1 Tbs flax meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup pumpkin
1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened (or milk of choice)
1 Tbs maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease 8-ounce ramekin (or oven proof dish)
Make
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a greased ramekin.
Place ramekin on a small baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Top with yogurt of choice, if desired [nutrition facts are without yogurt].
