INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp BBQ Seasoning Mix
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbs olive oil
BBQ Seasoning Mix (10 tsp/recipe)
2 Tbs paprika (smoked if desired)
2 Tbs coconut sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Make BBQ seasoning blend: Add ingredients to glass mason jar fitted with lid - shake to combine and store in a cool, dry place. Use 1 tbsp in this recipe. Also delicious on chicken, fish, tofu, pork, & beans.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Make
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine the chickpeas, seasoning, and olive oil. Toss to combine and spread evenly on the baking sheet. Roast for 40-50 minutes, stirring chickpeas occasionally, until chickpeas are slightly crispy. Serve as a snack or as a side dish.
