INGREDIENTS
1 cup oat milk, unsweetened (or plant or dairy milk of preference)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbs maple syrup (or other sweetener like honey)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, Plain, low-fat (or plant-based yogurt)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
DIRECTIONS
Make
Add all ingredients, except berries, to a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously to combine.
Let sit for 10 minutes then shake again [this prevents chia seed from settling to bottom and clumping].
Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours or overnight
Top with berries and serve.
Note: To turn this into a meal replacement, add your favorite protein powder (equivalent to an additional 20 grams of protein.)
