Simple Chia Pudding

Prep Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 4 hours | Makes: 2 serving

Simple Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oat milk, unsweetened (or plant or dairy milk of preference)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbs maple syrup (or other sweetener like honey)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, Plain, low-fat (or plant-based yogurt)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS

Make

  1. Add all ingredients, except berries, to a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously to combine.

  2. Let sit for 10 minutes then shake again [this prevents chia seed from settling to bottom and clumping].

  3. Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours or overnight

  4. Top with berries and serve.

Note: To turn this into a meal replacement, add your favorite protein powder (equivalent to an additional 20 grams of protein.)
